SITE:
The Novus Tower is a LEED Platinum Rated Grade A+ Commercial Tower in Gurgaon NCR. The project is expected to be complete in April 2017. It is located on a plot approximately 2 acres in size.
PROGRAM:
The structure is 300,000 sq.ft. over 7 floors and has a 3 level underground parking garage. Work spaces are extremely efficient in energy and area consumption. The rooftop is planned with extensive roof gardens and amenities including a golf putting green / swimming pool / gym / cafe.
PROCESS:
Apostrophe A+uD worked closely with the client to create efficiencies in the building systems (Façade /HVAC / Vertical Transport / Automation). We also created niche spaces for building occupants that create informal breakout and recreational areas integrated into the landscape and building terraces.
