PROGRAM:

2400 sq.ft. triple storied penthouse is the Kensington Garden Square with 3 bedrooms, living / dining / entertaining spaces with a terrace garden and kitchen / dining on the upper mezzanine. The project entailed minor changes to the interior room partitions, interior finishes & fit-outs, kitchen remodel and complete MEP systems refurbishment.

 

CONCEPT:

The client wanted to create a clean, functional and efficient home with a refined material palette. The key was to have an open floor-plan for the public areas of the house that connected to the outdoor terrace.

 

MATERIALS:

White and grey tones were selected for cabinet laminates, wall paint and carpet so that the home could reflect natural daylight throughout the open, double height living area streaming in from the terrace and the large skylight.
